About the Sales Rep Role

In conjunction with the designer, the sales rep will handle all client contact during sales cycle and oversee relaying client ideas to the team. In this role, you will work with the team to develop project quotes and requirements, as well as search for new customers and maintain client relationships independently. 

Job Function

• Pitch concepts to clients
• Find new client leads
• Nurture new customers by retrieving referrals and reviews from existing clients
• Relay client feedback to team
• Issue contracts to client + ensure payments are receives

Must-have Experience

• Sales and/or customer service experience required
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to adapt to frequent changes

Nice-to-have Skills

• Cold-calling experience
• Sign industry experience
• Social media or digital marketing experience

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work in office at our location Monday – Friday between business hours of 9am to 5pm: 18838 FM 2252, San Antonio, TX 78266
• Will be required to travel in San Antonio to site client sites
• Will typically be required to sit at desk on computer and manage phones during business hours
• May be asked to assist with minimal shop labor during busy seasons
